Teen Martial Arts (Ages 13–17)

Teens at DMA train with the adults, which gives them:

  • Higher-level coaching
  • Real technique and skill development
  • A mature, respectful training environment
  • Positive role models
  • A sense of belonging and responsibility

This age group thrives when they’re challenged. Training with adults helps them grow faster, stay motivated, and build confidence that carries into school, sports, and life.

Teen students participate fully in our adult striking and grappling classes, with coaching adjustments as needed:

  • Dynamic warm‑ups and mobility
  • Technical striking or grappling instruction
  • Partner drills with controlled contact
  • Pad rounds, positional work, or technical sparring
  • Strength, conditioning, and skill development
  • Respect circle and cool‑down

Coaches ensure teens train safely, confidently, and at an appropriate pace.

Teens can attend any adult striking or grappling class:

  • Boxing
  • Muay Thai
  • Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu (Gi & No‑Gi)
  • Strength & Conditioning

This gives them flexibility, variety, and a chance to grow across multiple disciplines.
