Kids at this age are learning how to listen, follow instructions, and move their bodies with control. Our program uses positive coaching, simple drills, and fun challenges to help them:
- Build focus and listening skills
- Improve coordination and balance
- Learn respect and discipline
- Gain confidence in new situations
- Feel proud of themselves for trying
Every class follows a clear, predictable structure:
- Warm‑up with movement games
- Basic martial arts drills (striking, stance, footwork, grappling basics)
- Partner work with coaches and classmates
- Confidence‑building “wins” (high‑fives, stripes, praise)
- Cool‑down and respect circle at the end
Classes are upbeat, safe, and designed to keep kids engaged from start to finish.
Your child can train in multiple disciplines throughout the week. Classes are 45 minutes long.

- Tuesday – 5:10 PM — BJJ (Gi)

- Thursday – 5:10 PM — BJJ (No‑Gi)
